Craftworks is an artisan cooperative founded in 1979 that features the work of over 75 crafters. It is a juried shop ensuring high quality and workmanship. Prices are reasonable because customers are purchasing directly from the crafter with no middle man markup. In 2011 we opened a Yarn Shop in addition to featuring yarns from commercial manufacturers, we carry a number of handspun, dyed yarns from local 'yarnies'. We have a full calendar of classes for the novice and advanced knitters alike.

Summer Kraft Club
During each 3-day week of the Summer Kraft Club, kids aged 8-12 will try their hand at several Krafts, working and playing with yarn, buttons, felt, pompoms, tassels, duct tape, slime, and much more. They will be creating lots of fun "stuff". Club will be held Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday each week, 8:30-11:30.
Please NOTE: attendees MUST be 8 by the first day of their session, as our planned activities are not suitable for younger children.

Thanks again for everything and all the help you've given me. Even though you're so far away, I feel like Craftworks is like one of my home yarn shops and I love shopping online with you guys because of the great products and excellent customer service!! I think I'll have to look into planning a trip to New England soon so I can actually come in and shop in person!

I am so thankful for this local craft store! I am a beginner knitter and am always welcomed into the store with open arms. Every associate gives off mom vibes and makes me feel happy and safe. Big projects seem manageable with helpful tips and words of encouragement. Great selection of yarns in different weights and colors. I could happily spend hours here!
