Elton is a basic cardigan with a mix of stripes and texture. It has a relaxed boxy fit and it is slightly cropped. It’s the perfect garment for lounging and relaxing. It’s worked seamlessly from the top down.
The light pullover version was inspired by Joji's original design, the Elton Cardigan.
It features the simplest stripes, but used two very different yarns: a fingering weight (which shows as solid bands) and a lace weight mohair (see through) creating a delicate game of texture.
The resulting sweater is light as air.
