Alice's Cottage
Alice Goebel Backman has been making fabric giftware and kitchen textiles for more than 34 years now. She is constantly creating new artwork and keeping the line fresh with the changing seasons, gathering inspiration from the birds, nature and gardens surrounding her home. The entire manufacturing process from creating the art, to drafting the patterns, to cutting the fabric, to screening the designs and finally sewing the completed product is done in the mountains of western Maryland.
