Carol Lindell Jones has been interested in clothing and textiles since childhood, when she designed and made clothes for her dolls. After receiving her BA in costume design and an MS in costume history, she launched a successful children’s accessory business, The Minnehaha’s, which she later sold.

Being a quilter, Carol began making COVID-19 masks for friends and family using leftover quilting fabrics. The scraps from these makings inspired her to create Christmas cards in December 2020, and the overwhelmingly positive response to them lead to the birth of Carol’s Cards.
