Patty Lyons Knitting Bag of Tricks workshops
An in depth exploration of both her book and the associated workbook in eight classes.
Classes will be in two hour sessions once each month. Part One will be held January - April
and cover chapters 1-3. Part two will be held in August - November and cover chapters 4-7.
Students may elect to take both or either sessions. Attending part one is not a
prerequisite for part two.
Students will have homework including reading and preparing swatches in advance of classes.
They will receive advance notice of each months requirements.
The class is designed for intermediate knitters, one can follow most patterns and is
comfortable decoding knitting abbreviations and follow simple symbols charts;
a knitter who has accomplished the basics of knitting and attempted new techniques. E.g.
knitting in the round, lace, cable work, and (perhaps) colorwork.
