Where Creativity Is American Made...Weaving: Placemats/ runner
Let's weave a set of place mats to freshen your summer decor or for a shower or housewarming gift.
You'll learn hemstitching and two color warping in this class. If you have not woven before you can join this class with lots of instructor support. Bring your own loom or use one of ours!
Choose two colors of solid or variegated yarns or one of each, 150 yds each, heavy DK or worsted weight. For practical reasons make sure the yarns are machine washable; and if you don't have any, well we know where you can pick some up!!
Oh and if you want to learn to do houndstooth pattern, plaids or more Janet will be happy to show you!
Bring a lunch or snack. We'll supply everything else you need.
