Where Creativity Is American Made...Knit Technique - Mitered Squares
Welcome to the wonderful world of mitered square knitting! Also sometimes called modular knitting, this technique uses squares that are created with simple decreases in the center.
These squares or "modules" can be pieced together by picking up stitches along the edges to create just about any kind of knitting pattern you can imagine.
Ann will be teaching this technique - so come and try your hand - a new technique to add to your toolbox and a great way to use left over bits and pieces! Bring some scrap yarns and appropriate sized needles - don't have scraps bring size 8 needles and try your hand @ some of our scraps.
Please note Basic knitting skills are a must! (Cast on, knit, purl, bind off)
